Privacy policy

What we collect

We keep this to what the product needs to work:

• Account details — your email address, and a name if you choose to add one. If you sign in with Google we receive your email and basic profile from Google — see "Google user data" below for the full picture.
• Workspace content — the products, projects, briefs, content, ads, funnels, and other material you and your AI agents create or upload inside Launchpanel.
• Connected services — when you connect an integration (for example a repository, a payments account, or an analytics source), we store the tokens and the data needed to run that integration on your behalf.
• Usage and device data — basic logs, IP address, browser type, and product-analytics events, used to keep the service secure and to understand what to improve.

Google user data

Launchpanel offers "Sign in with Google". This section explains exactly how we handle the Google user data involved.

• Data we access — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier through Google's standard sign-in scopes (openid, email, profile). We do not request access to any other Google data — no Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google services.
• How we use it — solely to create and sign you in to your Launchpanel account, show your name and picture inside the product, and send service emails to your address. We do not use Google user data for advertising or for any purpose unrelated to authentication.
• Sharing — we do not sell Google user data, and we do not share it with third parties. It is stored with our authentication and database processor (Supabase) like the rest of your account data, and we may disclose it if the law requires. No other categories of third parties receive it.
• Storage and protection — the data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted by row-level security and limited to personnel who operate the service.
• Retention and deletion — we keep it for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and this data, email support@northlabs.no; it is removed from active systems right away and copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days. You can also revoke Launchpanel's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Launchpanel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use it

We use your data to run Launchpanel: to authenticate you, store and display your work, run the AI agents and automations you ask for, process payments, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, your consent (where asked), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the product. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Launchpanel sends the inputs you provide (prompts, briefs, and the content you ask it to work on) to AI model providers so the agents can generate drafts, plans, and assets. We do not use your content, or allow our providers to use it, to train their or anyone else's foundation models. Outputs are generated for your workspace and stored there.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors that make the product run, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Cloud hosting and database providers that store the application data.
• AI model providers that generate content from your inputs.
• Stripe, which processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Analytics and error-monitoring tools that help us keep the product working.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to measure how the product is used so we can improve it. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in won't work without the essential ones.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or close your account, it leaves active storage and copies in encrypted backups expire within 30 days. Some records (for example invoices) are kept longer where the law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Norwegian law you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@northlabs.no and we'll action it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to what's needed to run the service, and we review our practices as the product grows. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as if it were our own.

International transfers

We and our processors may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where we do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Children

Launchpanel is a tool for businesses and isn't directed at children.

Changes

We'll update this policy as Launchpanel evolves. Material changes are emailed to your account address before they take effect; small clarifications appear here with a new "last updated" date.
