Terms of use

These are the terms for using Launchpanel. They're a contract between you and North Labs AS (Norwegian organisation number 927528940), the company that makes Launchpanel. If anything here is unclear, write to support@northlabs.no and we'll explain.
What Launchpanel is
Launchpanel is a single screen for running a product — brand, content, ads, funnel, sales, and support — with AI agents doing the work while you make the decisions. You give it context and instructions; it helps you plan, generate, and ship.
Your account
Sign up with an email you actually check; that's where receipts and password resets go. Keep your credentials to yourself, and you're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at support@northlabs.no if you think someone else has access.
What you create
The work you produce in Launchpanel — your products, content, plans, and assets — is yours. By using the product you give us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content so the service works, including sending your inputs to our AI providers to generate drafts and storing the results. We don't use your content to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. When you delete content it leaves active storage, and backup copies expire within 30 days.
Acceptable use
Don't use Launchpanel to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam or deceptive marketing, or generate content that's illegal, hateful, or designed to harass. Don't try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. If you connect third-party accounts, follow their terms too. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI quirks
AI generation is powerful and imperfect. Drafts can be wrong, off-brand, or out of date, and the same prompt won't always produce the same result. Everything an agent produces is a starting point for your review — you decide what to publish, send, or spend money on. We can't guarantee any specific output and aren't liable for the creative or strategic choices the AI makes on the way there. Review before you ship.
Paid plans
Launchpanel offers paid plans. The current price is shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rate refunds for unused time unless the law requires it. Payments are processed by Stripe, who handle card details directly. Prices shown to EU and Norwegian consumers include applicable VAT.
Service availability
We aim to keep Launchpanel up and working, but we don't promise a specific uptime number and we'll occasionally take it down for upgrades. If something is broken, tell us.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, North Labs AS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits anything that can't be limited under Norwegian or EU law.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from settings, or by emailing us. We delete your account and workspace data from active storage; backups expire within 30 days. If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes go to the Norwegian courts of competent jurisdiction. EU consumers always keep the rights they have under their local consumer law. We'd rather sort things out directly first — email support@northlabs.no and we'll do everything reasonable to help.
Changes
We'll update these terms as Launchpanel evolves. Material changes are emailed to your account address before they take effect; small clarifications appear here with a new "last updated" date.
